Telstra Enterprise and Government (TE&G) has been awarded the prestigious 2009 Communications Alliance & CommsDay Award for Innovation for a Large Company.
Telstra Enterprise and Government has received the ACOMM 2009 award for its involvement as a key partner in the Virtual Trauma and Critical Care Unit (ViTCCU) project, run by LMRHA.
LMRHA through its partnership with TE&G was able to utilise the high-speed Telstra Next IP network and best of breed technology partnerships to deliver the ViTCCU product to specialist clinical resources. Without the support and partnership of TE&G it would have been impossible to provide the next generation healthcare to rural and remote areas.
LMRHA recognises the importance of TE&G in the delivery of this solution and congratulates them on this award.
This is the 3rd award presented to participants of the ViTCCU project and is further testiment to LMRHA's commitment to deliver innovative health solutions through the use of techology.
