LMRHA has held its Annual CEO Forum. The forum offers CEO's the opportunity to discuss the future strategic direction of the alliance. Attendees took part in speaker led presentations and group workshops.
CEO's representing each of the Member organisations were invited to attend the LMRHA Annual CEO Forum held at Rich River Golf Club Resort, Moama on the 23rd & 24th April.
Attendees where presented with a number of presentations from key speakers on future trends, innovation and policy direction in the Health Sector. The forum allows the opportunity for all CEO's to share and network with each other and key people responsible for the delivery of services now and in the future to LMRHA.
LMRHA uses the forum to formulate the direction of the alliance for the following 12 months and develop strategies for the next 3 years. The plans and strategies developed, through this consultative process, are aimed at meeting the foreseen technology requirements and business challenges of CEO's. The forums aim is to deliver business growth through the smart use of Information Technology today with an eye on the future.
